Imagine coal popping up from the ground and finding the mining past and its machines!

Coal mining in the Carmausin basin ceased more than 20 years ago. Despite this, the territory remains strongly marked by this industrial past.

The Titans Park is the proof. It houses old machines from the mining era: trucks whose wheels exceed you in height, a coal conveyor with its conveyor belts, excavators…

You will inevitably be impressed by the excess of these machines, and by the point of view on the abyss of the former open pit mine.
