The Payrade Farm is located on the Bastides road, between two charming villages, Castelnau de Montmiral and Puycelsi.
Three productions: duck (breeding, force-feeding, processing), vegetable oils and cereals.
Fresh and preserved products: foie gras, confits, neck stuffed with foie gras, duck breast stuffed with foie gras, duck sausage, gratabous...
Taste and colours: At Payrade, you will also find tasty collection tomatoes: tomato plants in spring, fruits in season that you can season with our sunflower and colza oils (1st cold pressing).
