Our animals are raised at an altitude of 650 metres.
The cows spend 8 months of the year outdoors in the pastures with their calves.
In winter, the calves are fed hay and GMO-free cereals, while the cows receive hay, cereals and wrapped grass silage.
The animals are fattened gently.
