In the Gijou valley, between Lacaune and Viane (Tarn), we raise Limousin cows with their calves.
The animals graze in the meadows from May to November, then stay in the barns during winter.
The calves are raised by their mothers for 7 months and are supplemented with hay, barley or triticale.
