For more than 50 years, Maison Bruyère has been a family-run biscuit factory whose know-how has been carefully preserved for three generations. Maison Bruyère has managed to revive recipes steeped in history such as Croquants de Cordes, Chalumeaux d'Albi and Gâteau à la Broche, and also brings you a whole variety of very fine biscuits, both sweet and savoury, all made with simple, healthy and natural ingredients.
In the Maison Bruyère production workshop, artisanal biscuit making also means sanitary safety, traceability, quality controls and regular external audits to offer you the best in complete confidence.

Visits are by appointment, Monday to Friday, from 8am to 12pm, for groups of at least 10 people, any public (young children, elderly people, clubs, associations, tourist groups, works councils, etc.), accessible for wheelchairs. The duration is approximately 45 to 60 minutes. Reservation required at least 1 week in advance.
