Originally from Aveyron, we worked for more than 30 years in our Parisian restaurant. In this pretty address in the heart of Paris, we put the spotlight on local Aveyron products. After many good years with our customers, we wanted to continue our pleasure of sharing, while working with local products while respecting seasonality.
