Located near the family farm, this house, over 100 years old, has evolved over the generations. The combination of the spaciousness of the old residences with successive contemporary renovations gives it charm and comfort.

Our cottage is located in the center of the Castres, Albi, and Toulouse triangle, offering a wide range of sightseeing opportunities. It is 6 km from Lavaur, the capital of the Pays de Cocagne region, on the banks of the Agout River, nestled between sunny hillsides, Gaillac vineyards, Albigensian fortified towns, and the Montagne Noire.

Life in Lavaur includes the important Saturday morning market, the Gothic Saint Alain Cathedral, the medieval quarter, the Tour des Rondes, and the bishop's garden. It boasts a vibrant cultural scene. Its cathedral contains treasures of Gothic and Romanesque art. Further on, the path to the Tour des Rondes will immerse you in the dramatic history of the Cathars.

You can enjoy our swimming pool (6x12m, open from May 10th to the end of September) with its staircase and spa area. A pool house adjoins it, so your children can have fun in complete safety (tricycle, children's playhouse, slide, climbing frame, etc.) as it is fully secured by a safety glass barrier on a fully enclosed garden.

You can relax on sun loungers and armchairs in complete serenity on the south-facing terraces overlooking the pool or on the east-facing terraces to enjoy the cool air and prepare meals on the gas grill.
