Located on the ORGANIC wine estate of Larroque, between Albi, Cordes sur Ciel and Gaillac, this 14-bed gîte has been renovated with respect for the authenticity of this building of character. Offering great services, you will find quality equipment and comfort. The large terrace offers a clear, rural and peaceful panorama where you can spend pleasant moments of relaxation. (Equipment: pergola, outdoor lounge and plancha, ping-pong table on request) The swimming pool will allow you to share idleness and playful moments with family or friends. (Dimension: 5m X 9m and 1.10 to 1.60 deep, secure, can be shared with the owner). Inside, the large living room offers a kitchen (current equipment: combined fridge-freezer, microwave and oven, induction hob, dishwasher and washing machine), a dining room (wood stove) and a lounge area with TV. The accommodation is equipped with WIFI. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bathroom and WC.On the ground floor, the Mandarine room can accommodate people with reduced mobility. (140 cm bed).Upstairs you will find:The Prune family room can accommodate a couple (160 cm bed) and two children (90 cm bunk beds);The Dormitory offers 2 large bunk beds 140 cm for the lower beds and 90 cm for the upper beds;The Marine room, for its part, has a 160 cm bed.
