Veal from the Monts de Lacaune is born from ancestral know-how, combining the best beef breeds with a natural rearing system based on grass and milk. This approach restores colour and flavour to veal, qualities that had gradually been lost.
Our farm is currently seeking HVE certification (High Environmental Value) to promote tomorrow’s agriculture, farming that is increasingly respectful of the environment.
