L’atelier du Puech Ferrat

L'Atelier du Puech Ferrat is a micro craft company, created in 2020 by Florence a passionate of homemade aperitifs, who created in 2020 an artisanal pastis.

After a few years of improving its aniseed recipes, pastis «Le Crespinol» was born.
Crespinol is a very aromatic pastis concocted in small cuvées and resulting from the slow maceration of 19 plants including mugwort, fennel, melissa, matricairo... Proud to be rural, it honors the plants of the gardens and meadows and is supplied in almost majority with the small producers PPAM (perfume, aromatic and medicinal plants) of the Tarn.
