L'Enclos des Songes is a small, family-run winery located in the commune of Coufouleux in the Tarn department.
Passionate about vines and wine, in 2021 we took over a small 1.80 ha parcel of old Braucol vines (50 years old) planted by massal selection, before the widespread use of clones and graft-welds... a unique parcel, on a deep terroir of clay and gravel, conducive to great expression in red wines.
Certified in organic farming and precision viticulture, our credo is simple: irreproachable, hand-picked, ripe grapes, vinified by hand without the use of modern technology, but allowing the wine to develop naturally, on its lees, from fermentation through to long ageing to give it a velvety patina, against the grain of contemporary fashions.
