Collective farm specializing in diversified vegetable production in Peyregoux (81440)
Les jardins de Midgard is a 3-hectare community-run vegetable farm in Peyregoux. It is also part of a collective that includes two other businesses: a farmer-miller-baker (EARL BAM) and a brewery (Sabotage Craftbeer), both located on the same site. The vegetable production is in the process of transitioning to organic farming.
Farm-fresh vegetables and beer are sold on Fridays from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
