Château Les Vignals is a wine estate located in Cestayrols, at the heart of the Gaillac wine region. The wines, produced through organic and biodynamic farming, reflect the passion devoted to the land and the surrounding elements

Château Les Vignals is located in Cestayrols, at the heart of the Gaillac vineyard in the Southwest of France, 70 km from Toulouse. Historically, we were among the first estates to adopt organic farming in the 1980s. A new team revived this legacy, obtaining Organic Agriculture certification in 2013 and Biodynamic certification in 2020. Since 2022, some of our wines have also been certified as “Vin Méthode Nature.”

Deeply connected to our terroir, we primarily work with local grape varieties, offering wines that stand out with their personality, flavors, and characteristics unique to the region. We produce wines under the AOP Gaillac and IGP Côtes du Tarn designations, allowing us to present a diverse range of 18 labels.

The estate spans 65 hectares of vines and 15 hectares of other plantations (cereals, fruit trees, forest), along with 4 beehives, a flock of 12 ewes, and a ram. We offer a walking trail through our vineyards, accessible year-round except during harvest season.

From June to August, you can also book a picnic basket filled with local products directly through our website. Additionally, every Thursday evening in July and August, you’re invited to our Apéro Concerts: imagine tasting our wines paired with delicious dishes from food trucks featuring local producers, all while dancing to the rhythm of live music! This event, launched 12 years ago, continues to grow, with over 9,000 attendees enjoying it!
