In the heart of Gaillac's thousand-year-old vineyards, the Château de Salettes stands with its towers and surrounding wall in the midst of the vines. A building of character and charm, dating from the 13th - 15th centuries, Château de Salettes was the home of the younger branch of the Toulouse-Lautrec family, and later of the d'Hautpoul family. Today, owned by the Le Net family and renovated as a charming hotel-restaurant, Château de Salettes has retained the authenticity and soul of an extraordinary place. The layout of the rooms in the castle's towers and surrounding wall gives them originality and a sense of calm and rest.
All different in size, they offer space and comfort in a contemporary style, overlooking nature. Every window in the 15 rooms and 3 suites is a living painting.

The spirit of Salettes can also be found in the food. The cuisine on offer showcases traditional, high-quality regional produce, while being resolutely in tune with the times. The presentation is aesthetically pleasing, and the flavors are researched and developed according to the seasons and the inspiration of the moment. Two intimate, Zen-like dining rooms can accommodate 80 diners per service, and up to 100 for banquets. Situated at the foot of a rocky spur, overlooking the vineyards, you can enjoy the swimming pool: relaxation and sunshine in a peaceful setting!
